RETURN POLICY

If for any reason, you are not satisfied with the item, you can return the items in original condition with unwashed, unworn, undamaged, and with all tags attached.

We accept returns within 30 days for any reason (unless otherwise noted on the product page). We require a simple process to generate return for each item being returned. Returned items must be in original condition, including tags, booklets, and labels.

REFUNDS

Refund will be issued to original payment method. (We only accept Paypal method).15% restocking fee will apply to some returns. You will be responsible for return shipping costs of non-defective merchandise.

POSSIBLE DELAYS:

We do our best to ensure the timely delivery of all orders. When selecting our shipping options, please bear in mind that we are only provided with an estimated delivery date from our carriers. On a rare occasion, these packages can arrive outside of the estimated timeframe.

SHIPPING COST:

As every order is unique, shipping costs will vary depending on the size, weight and destination of your chosen items. All shipments are processed by Chuan-X Panda's partner carriers. The shipping charges are displayed on the order confirmation page. In general, we offer free shipping on all items over 39.90 USD.
