Shipping Eligibility

We currently ship to most countries and regions worldwide. Orders are processed and shipped only after full payment is confirmed. We reserve the right to refuse shipping to certain countries, regions, or addresses at our sole discretion, including but not limited to remote areas, PO boxes, or locations with high delivery risks.

Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends, public holidays, and peak shopping seasons) after payment confirmation.

Custom/personalized products may require an additional 3–7 business days for production before shipping.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Time

We offer standard international shipping via trusted carriers.

Standard International Shipping: Estimated delivery time is 7–25 business days (varies by destination country, customs clearance speed, and carrier efficiency).

Delivery times are estimates only and not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by carrier delays, customs inspections, weather, holidays, or other events beyond our reasonable control.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on order weight, dimensions, destination country, and selected shipping method.

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the order is lost, damaged, or incorrectly shipped due to our error.

Product prices include import duties, taxes, customs clearance fees, and other related charges imposed by the destination country.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you may track its status via the carrier’s official website. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update after dispatch.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order is lost in transit: Contact us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date. We will investigate with the carrier and either reship the order or issue a full refund (to PayPal only) at our discretion. If your package arrives damaged: Take clear photos of the damaged package and products immediately, then contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Address Responsibility

You are responsible for providing a complete, accurate, and valid shipping address. We are not liable for non-delivery, delays, or lost packages caused by incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable addresses provided by you. If you need to change the address after order submission, contact us as soon as possible—changes are only possible before the order is shipped.

Return & Refund Shipping (Related to Returns)

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service first. The return shipping address will be provided to you via email only after your return request is approved.

Non-defective returns: The buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs.

Defective/incorrect items (our error): We will cover the return shipping cost.

Refunds: All approved refunds will be processed exclusively to the original PayPal account used for payment. Refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned items.

Undeliverable & Abandoned Packages

If a package is returned to us as undeliverable (due to incorrect address, refusal to accept, or unclaimed), we will notify you. You may choose to:

Pay re-shipping fees to have the package re-sent, or

Accept a refund (to PayPal only) for the product cost (original shipping fees are non-refundable).Packages unclaimed for more than 30 days will be considered abandoned, and no refunds will be issued.
